I recently d/l a file that has an rar file of 4.15 gb. i tried to use Winrar to extract but when it got close to the last rar file it gave me a promp of [winrar can not handle a file over 4.0 gb] my ? is, is there another software other than winrar or winzip that i can use that can extract a rar file larger than 4.0 gb. please help.
i was having a similar problem. try getting a different version/download of winrar. this helped me. i guess i just had a bad copy
thanks alot, will try the suggestion. any other software out-there like nero. im burning a 700 mb file and it seems to take about 3 hrs even after i use the properties to do the encoding as fast encoding with 1 bypass. well thankz 4 da help.
