cant play burned dvds on laptop

    i didnt know i couldnt post 2 differnt times, sorry i didnt read the rules,ill post this new one and they will delete the old ones. I cant watch durned dvds on my laptop, i have a dell inspiron 9100 and i have a Samsung CDRW/DVD SN-324F drive so can someone help me out
