I have a DigiLife DDV-660 camera which takes photos and videos. I have set it to Pal which is my tv system. When I take movies I can burn them to DVD disk and play them on my computer but can't play them on my DVD player. Ordinary photos are ok. Any suggestins as to how I can play the dvd on the player?
i cannot play a movie i download off my computer on my dvd can i copy it to dvd or can it only be copied to cd can i import it to dvd shrink thank you kavflin
To copy a movie I use Fab Decrypter. When finished I "Open Files" and back up using shrink. To burnn you will need nero 6 or more. This should open by itself and the you insert blank disk for burning. Is that what you wanted?
If the movie you have is a divx file, approx 700 mb, then you would need a divx compatable player, like a Lite-On DVD Recorder/Player. Or you can take that file and convert it to DVD format (Video TS) with ConvertXtoDVD program. Then all you do is burn the folders with Roxio DVD Copy. After you convert it, then it is up to your player to actually play the dvd movie, the cheapest ones always will play a nice variety of DVD-R media. I would suggest the Lite-On player/recorder. This way you dont have to convert anything. You can fit a ton of 700 mb movies on 1 DVD-RW then erase it and start over, saves much time.
