i have a v1.4 xbox, xecuter3 with 1959 BIOS and XBMC dash. i need to know how to be able to play iso backups on my xbox. please reply.
You can't play the iso itself. You have to extract it. I suggest Qwix to do this. After you have extracted it, create a folder called games in the E partition (or whichever one you use), then create a folder inside games called _______ (title of the game).
OR... You could make a back up and load it to the xbox that way. You need - NERO Burning ROM - A DvD Burner - Blank DvD Media Here is a tutorial to help you through it. It's got pictures so it should be pretty self explanatory. SamusXP was write, for just transfering iso's to your XBOX...Qwix is the better program. i use C-Xbox to extract the game folder from the xiso, then i use WS_ftp to ftp the game folder (ranamed PXgameXX) ftraight to the hdd loader folder of the F Drive. then when you start up ur xbox it should be under games. Its almost too easy... lol have fun.
