cant play it on tv

    i have a dvd player that plays all formats.
    i downloaded season one of friends i copy all of 34 episodes in to one dvd .it plays fine on my tv.
    i did the same thing whit season 2 i put it in the dvd player .it dosent play.
    can anybody please tellme what i am doing wrong.

    both dvds play with no problem on my computer...

    No such thing as a DVD player that plays all formats. There are always limitations.

    Can it actually read the disc? What speed did you burn at? What media are you using? How old is your player? What program did you use? What format are the episodes? Which codecs are needed? Do they play fine on your PC?

    yes it reads the disk.it shows the menu,i can go to different chapters
    but it wont play.
    it was burn at max speed.
    i am using..data ware dvd+r.
    the player is a philips player that supose to play mos of the formats.
    and its brand new.
    avi format.
    the codets i dont know anything about.
    they all play fine on my pc.

    i downloaded 10 seasons of friends .i burn the first season in one dvd
    i was able to play it on my dvd player.
    so i burn the next 9 dvds or nine seasons.i try to play them but it wont play.
    i burn them all the same way .i use to burn nero ultra 7.i use nero express. any help please ....thank you

    Try getting better media. Get some Verbatim DVD-R and burn at 4x.
