can't play SVCD's on my pc

    I need to find a program that will play movies created in svcd format on my pc.. Power dvd and InterActual Player will not play them.. I get an error msg stating Disc in drive has an unrecognized format... Any idea where i may be able to download some freeware that may do the trick.
