Yesterday afternoon my cousin/co-worker was in an accident and a local business caught it on their surveillance and offered us the video. I picked it up on a Flash drive and have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to play it. AVIcodec even tells me the format is not supported. It is an AVI, and it played fine when I watched it there. I've downloaded KMP, Media Player Classic, VLC, nothing will play this. Please help!

Download Media info and use it to open the file.

It will give you all the gory details.

Thank you. It says MPEG-4 Visual.

    What should play this?

Found WinFF through a thread that was also about a stubborn surveillance video. I can view it through WinFF but it's insane fast and so far nothing I've tried to convert it to will play outside of WinFF.

Open the file with Mediainfo and put it into text view.
Copy and paste the results into this post.

Got home and tried using WinFF again and it converted it to QuickTime without a problem. Now I get to figure out how to shorten it down to a minute before and after the accident. Any suggestions?
