For some reason everytime I put a cd in my PC, jukebox 9.0 pops up. and it is not recognizing that there is a cd in the drive. so i tried unistalling it since i never use this program anyways but windows won't allow it. I keeps saying there is something running but all programs are shutdown. I also tried uninstalling napster and that won't work either. For some reason nothing will uninstall! please help
Pull up task manager and end its process and it should uninstall..if your running its own unistaler then it shoudl unistall by its self. Boot into safe mode (tap f8 as the comp boots) choose the Administator account go >my computer > C:/ >program files, just delete the program file. Then restart the comp and let it start normally and then run a hard drive search for them and delete everything that is found..thats what i did to get macafee out. i dont recomend you do that methos i used, its too messy and leaves parts of the program everywhere, just download a "force uninstaller" program, it should uninstall it no matter what..
