I am having a problem I can't seem to fix and I have no idea where it's coming from. I drive for a living, so I'm trying to rip some of my cd's into mp3 so all I need is 1 cd instead of however many to carry around. I've tried this with both AudioCatalyst 2.1 and AudioGrabber.

I have 2 cd drives - a Hitachi DVD-Rom GD-5000 and a Lite-On LTR 48125W - Yes, I know they're old before you laugh, but they are good enough for what I use them for - mainly gaming and stuff similar. :)

Anyway, the only drive that the 2 audio programs will pick up is one called AVX SCSI cd-rom device 2.2a. Only problem is, I don't own this device and I have no scsi devices at all on my computer! I've tried uninstalling it and disabling it - nothing works. I use Nero 6 to burn. My computer specs are: (let me know if you need more info)
    AMD Athlon XP 2000+
    1.67 GHz, 512 MB Ram
    Windows XP SP 2

If anyone knows of a fix to this, please help! I hate driving without my music!! lol
