Hi, I used dvdfab gold to rip main movie,then onto shrink to compress,then imgburn2.4.0.0 and keep getting a message "Cannot write medium-Incompatible format..any ideas what I'm doing wrong or not doing I have tried to send a copy of the log which is a full A4page and my computer won't let me copy & paste no matter where I put it I can't get it to come over to here. I followed every step of the guide I had downloaded. Thanks for reading this, hope this is the correct place to post this.
barb1, Is the burner firmware current? To make up for the poor-quality discs, regulate your burn to 1/2 the ceiling rate for both brands.
What do you mean you can't copy/paste? Mostlikely both manufactured by CMC.Mag. Not the best choice, poor quality/compatibility with burners. Should get some Verbatim discs.

Will go out tomorrow and pick up some other discs...VERBATIM? to see if it makes any difference. My burner is abt. 3years old?
Firstly I just want to say a big thanks to all who replied to my call for help ( Suba, dialysis1, plyme H, iluvendo & cyprus rom) am now undertaking the task of updating my firmware, will compress file as suggested, and get verbatim discs, cross my fingers and wow hope all goes well. Thanks again help is very much appreciated, I am keen to learn but it takes a little time.
