Hi I am trying to put an avi file onto a CD using Nero (I've also tried Roxio but have the same problem). I cant select some of the files; they have to thumbnail, just a red circle. I've tried searching in here to see if anyone else has the same problem but with no luck. Thanks, Helen
I think you might have a problem with the NERO/ROXIO conflict! read this thread about DVD-Rs.... it mentions that Nero and Roxio doesn't mix and can cause errors! http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/244549 it says to do a google to find the ROXIO ZAPPER that will completly take out Roxio from your computer so that Nero will work properly! Besides...... Nero is better than Roxio in soooooooooo many ways. Most people don't even use Roxio anymore! At least that's what impression I get from reading the threads here!
