Can't transfer files

    When i ftp to my xbox i can not tranfer anything to the folders. It keeps saying that the transfer failed. I have a hard-mod and im using a boot disc to ftp into it and try to re-install the dashboards. Can anyone help me with this problem thanks

    I can ftp but i can not tranfer any file to the hardrive. I can see all of the folders and go into them (theres nothing in them).
