CAN'T UNINSTALL PROCODER 2!!!! HELP!

I need help! I keep trying to uninstall Procoder 2 but I can't. It says it removes so when I go to open the setup program to reinstall it it says it's installed still! What are the files that it looks for to see if it's installed? I deleted the Common Files\Canopus folder, I deleted the Program Files folder too. And i found about two files in the Windows folder (Procoder2.exe and wizard file) What are the DLL files or whatever that the setup program looks for so I can remove and reinstall it. Thanks a lot!
