Can't unlock my 5140

Hi, I've tried a couple of codes from a calculator but no joy, can anyone help?

Still doesn't work, only 1 chance left, worth the risk though as I only want to unlock it to sell it.

 

I wouldn't want to take it any further. I'm using what has worked for others as for the settings and it should have unlocked already.

You may want to try another sim in the phone to make sure it's locked.
