can't use Nero

    I've been using DVD Shrink with Nero for a while now, my computer
    crashed and I lost every thing. I downloaded DVD Shrink,& downloaded
    Nero too from AfterDawn.com, but when I tried to install it it said
    the serial # was expired.

    If you've already paid for Nero -- you can email them and ask to replace your serial number !
