cant watch movies and music channels on my super box as theres a green symbol

    ive got a super box and when ive scanned channels its picked all them up but only lets me watch freeview channels and sports and movies have a green symbol next to them that wont let me watch them anyone know how to get them off

    Press Menu then type in 1570 and last option is EMU , turn it ON , exit 3 times

    If that does not work then press

    Menu > System Information and post what it says please.
