hey i heard i can transfer all of my movies from vhs to vhsc to my pc using a capture card is this is so does the capture car go into the pci slots. i have installed a 56k modem before so if i can install the modem cant i install the card by my self?
Youve got me a bit confused with vhs to vhsc I thought that vhsc were just micro vhs tapes But as for capture cards they come in two main types usb 2 and PCI both can be installed by the home user the usb simply by plugging it into a availble usb 2 slot the PCI by adding it to your PCI slots taking the normal precations unplugging your PC grounding yourself before touching any circuit boards and following the instructions and of course installing the drivers for both types
