Capture James Bond scene/part

Hi All,

I apologise if this question sounds rather stupid but I would like to know if its possible.

Is there a software program I could use to capture a scene/part in a movie and save. I would like to make a screensaver consisting of the opening scene in a James Bond movie when he shoots through the gun barrel.
