Capture problem with WinDVD Creator 2 Platinum

    I recently upgraded the version of WinDVD Creator Silver to WinDVD Creator 2 Platinum. After I upgrade I have been unable to use the capture feature. I had no problems with the Silver edition. I am using Windows XP Media Edition. If any one can help please do.

    When you select the capture tag does your TVCapture card appear?
    eg I have a LifeView FlyTV Prime 30 card and this eventually appears in the top RH segment of the screen. I then had to click on the 'settings' icon and set up the appropriate settings for my set-up.
    Come to think of it, before setting up WinDVD Creator I had to install the LifeView TVR programme so maybe you will have to do the equivalent thing.
    I doubt if I have helped much, but who knows - I May.
