capture streaming audio????

    I hope this is an acceptable question for this board.

    I need to capture aa audio stream.

    Any free programs to do this with???

    I found that Nero, (if you have it) has a Wave Editor feature that allows you to capture anything coming over your soundcard. You can save it as Mp3, wma etc. You can also edit and play with it quite a bit.
    Before I discovered that, I used Freecorder, which allows only 30 min recordings on the free trial version
