is there a PCI card that will capture all three media capture VHS onto my computer and capture my audio cassettes that also works as a tv capture card , to do all of these in one PCI card.

whats the difference between pci vs. agp? is one better than the other in quality of results

AGP is video out, not capture.
Any capture card will do video, and audio, from just about any source, with the right cables and software.

    Hauppauge PVR-150/250/500.
Theatre Pro 550 chip cards (MSI makes a nice one).

yes, you can transfer vhs or audio cassete in to CD or DVD. If you're a newbie i highly suggest that you purchase a USB it gives you less trouble when installing.I find it alot of video capture cards out there gives you alot of trouble especially on the audio part. I 've tried many under $50 capture cards out there and the kworld Xpert usb capture is hands down the best.Good sound quality great video quality. You might wanna buy it in micro center and try it out first. I don't recommend you purchase your cards in Ebay coz if it doesn't work is gonna be pain in the azz to return it.
