capturing a clip

    I was wondering what is the best software needed to capture a video clip and burn to a disc to use for a presentation instead of having the whole movie?

    Rip Movie to Hard Disk then Use DVD Shrink in Re-Author to Get The Clip and Burn To Disk with Imgburn.
