Capturing video from a webcam

    is there a way to capture any video
    that is being watch thru msn messenger?

    I use a program called "Fraps" this captures almost all video that is being watched.
    u could try that but im unsure is msn is awkward.

    It seems to work with most software.
    But it is a huge install
