Capturing Video from Planar Video Ex

    I have an old Planar Video Ex external TV Tuner plugged up to a VCR and was wondering if there was any software preferably free that would capture the video from the VCR or whatever source that it is plugged up to. Here is the model I have "http://www.shopping.com/xPF-Planar-VIDEO-EX".
