capturing

    hi i was wondering if somebody could recomend a good program for capturing, i would like to have either mpeg2 or avi that can handle better rez than 320x240 a codec that sopported better rez for .avi would work well, if not mpeg2 480x480 i tryed different avi capturing but i dont like the resolution of 320x240. thank you
