I refomated my pc, installed all the drivers,then finally installed service pack 2.My laptop has a built in card reader.Now when I put in my sd card the light goes on,the computor reconises the card,but then an era shows up.I tried to reinstallthe driver, but then it says there is a problem installing the hardware ,I tried everything The driver is a Texes Instument Ultramedia SD. I have been usins an external caerd reader. Please help thank you and have a happy Nerw Year.
1. post the make and model of your notebook and we will try to find the driver on the manufacturers web site or 2. go to the manufacturers web site of your notebook, more than likely there is a driver. I have never heard of a driver for a card reader in xp, i would still look anyway.
