carnt get setanta

i can get all channels at my home but my friend who lives a few dooors away cant get setanta but can get all the others any idea why setanta wont work at his house

 

has he got his pipe split into diffrent rooms it sounds like a signal problem or maybe his pipe connection is not the best if you only live a few doors away you should be getting the same

 

yes but carnt get it in any room

 

try removing any of the splitters and just use the main wire that goes into the house if its not that id say its the actual pipe itself
