I've searched the files on Casino Royale but can't find this issue. I bought a used copy and then tried to backup. DVD Fab HD Decrypter will decode it ok and create an audio and video file. But when trying to backup these files with Shrink, the buffer continues to load bigger and bigger, reading but not writing to a file. I finally get an "out of memory" error. I apologize if this has been addressed a million times...but I can't find it. Answers appreciated. This is the only DVD I've not been able to eventually backup. Thanks.

    Hello.

I assume you are autoburning with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn or Nero from Shrink. Is that correct? In other words, Shrink successfully transcoded the files and you were at the burning stage.

If the above in incorrect, does the same thing happen when you try to output an ISO image file or a DVD folder instead of autoburning? If not, try creating just an ISO image file from Shrink. Then burn the image file with ImgBurn in Write node.

If the problem is occurring during the transcoding process, you might want to process the files through FixVTS or VOBBlanker before feeding them to Shrink, to clean up any irregularities.

I do auto burn with DVD decrypter. However, haven't made it that far yet. In trying to do "backup" with Shrink to create the iso file, that is where the problem is. The backup process begins as normal, but the buffer just gets bigger and bigger, reading I guess, but not dumping to create a file. And thanks, I'll check out your other advice.

You might also try uninstalling Shrink with the Shrink Uninstaller inside the DVD Shrink folder and then doing a fresh reinstall.
