For some reason CCE and Canopus ProCoder' mpeg2 encodes seem to be on the darker side compared to TMPGEnc mpeg2 encodes which seem much brigher.

Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to brighten up the image?

    Thanks

    yes the input are avi's.

    I have most codecs installed.

I dont know why. CCE is just darker compared to TPMGEnc. Its like the image needs more contrast.
