When i plug it in to the motherboard it freezes the whole computer and when i turn it off and plug it in, it wont load. Please help!
Use your motherboard manual on how to install cd-rom drives. Check your cd-rom drive if it is properly installed. If its not.. Im sure there's a warranty in that, why don't you bring it to the store were you buy it and explain what happen. I a sure they will fix it... Happy All Souls Day
