cd/dvd tray opens unexpectedly on HP laptop

    I have an HP Pavillion dv8000 and the cd/dvd burner just pops open at will. Any ideas on what I should check??

    Open the tray door,take off the front facial,shut the door leave it say for a few hours see if it does it then.
