I had holiday photos copied from camera to CD while in Ireland last month using Nero 7. When I put the CD into my computer it says that the disk has zero bytes on it. I can see that the CD has had something written to it because there is the colour change on the disk surface. I am really keen to retrieve the photos if at all possible. I contacted Nero who said that I should download Nero 8 Trial version and run the RescueAgent program. I tried doing this but I can't get Nero 8 to start up - it says there is an unexpected error. I don't know what I can do so if anyone has any suggestions then they will be greatly appreciated. Someone mentioned to me that the burning process possibly didn't "finalise". Is this possible and if so can I do anything about it now. Thanks Greg
My problem hasn't gone away and I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions please or is all my data lost!!
