Is it possible to put a video file onto a CD-R and be able to play it into a DVD Player on my television or do I have to have a CD Burner and a DVD-R or just a DVD-R and a regular Burner? plz let me know what I need to do.
you can put a video file on a cd, your dvd player need to be compatible with the file though i.e. avi, mpeg etc. there are several programs available to convert files. see what files (if any) your player will allow then look in the software downloads for a suitable program
