Sister has pc with cd rom drive and cd burner. She unhooked everything so she could move pc then when she hooked everything back up the dual drives won't work. I uninstalled and rebooted. The pc recognizes them but says there is a issue with drives. Tried to reinstall drivers didn't work. What would of caused this? Thanx.
what error codes & is there an exclamation mark in device manager? reseat power & data cables to drives. what is the jumper configuration as is master, slave or cable select?
