CD -RW burning problems

    Hi,

    I have 100 old 74min 650mb cd-rw disks that I am tryng
    to use with Nero Express. I get an error message
    "Disk has no MRW Format" when I try to burn anything.

    Can they be used?

    They worked fine in an old pc with different software
    which I cannot remember what it was called.

    maybe your drive can only burn with CD + RW and now CD -RW. Older drives usually did only one or the other. All new one seem to work with both technologys. Are you sure the disks you used before were not CD + RW?

    In am not sure if they are +RW or -RW as it just says
    "rewritable" on the disks.

    Never heard of that. All the ones I have ever see state one or the other. I would go to staples and buy one of each for like $1 to see if thats the problem.
