cd to dvd

    plz could u tell me how to burn mpeg movie files to a normal cd and play it on dvd players and playstaion dvds. plz could you email me back

    check here for articles on how to create VCD's and SVCD's.. there are many different articles for many different ways usually depending on your source..

    Also, you cannot playback VCD/SVCD on playstation without having modified system using mod chips, and I know nothing of how to do this..
