Am using Nero startsmart and windows xp. I went to a convention in Daytona recorded 5 hours of talks the talks were broken up into 1 hour or 1 15 to 1 20 mins talks, I recorded this on a Olympus digtal voice recorder, I tried to stop after about an hour and 10 mins of talks and put each in a file folder, I was able to record all talks, and download the talks onto the computer (no problem), then I added one talk at a time to the Nero list and burn, the Nero system only burned one talk and left the rest off. I knew that I was going to burn serveral CD's in oder to get the full talk, and that's ok. A friend tried to walk me thur the movie part of windows, he tried to show me how to add the talks to that list and cut and send the cut parts to the desktop and then add them to the Nero list, but I never did get the hang of it and the process was to long. Question what's next for me or what's best?, is there an easy way? Thanking you advance for your help.
I assume you want to select parts of the audio and save it to a folder then burn them as an audio cd. What kind of files are they? Drag the audio file onto 'MediaInfo' and it should show it. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/mp3_tools/mediainfo.cfm
Hi No I want to record the talks at the convention, once home I want to download to the computer and than I want to burn to a cd or cd's, this is where the problem is coming into play, the cd won't hold more the an hour, the talks are recorded up to five hours, recorded on the digital voice recorder per One hour and maybe ten minutes, the. The way that I have been doing this is recording a talk for One hour and ten or fifteen mims, then stoping and starting the next talk which will run about the same time, but this time the digital recorder will record into another folder B folder, than C, Than D. Back home I will download the files onto the digital program. I may not be explaining my self well. Sylvia
