cddissect_v1.2 Problems

    I have been trying to rip some pc engine games witht his utility but every time I do I get this error when it tries to rip the MP3's@

    Dumping AUDIO track #22 - lot22.mp3....00:00 elapsed 00:00 remaining Error l
    oading lame_enc.DLL

    Any ideas how to go about fixing this?

    I think so? This forum also hosts a guide stating how to use the program, however its still giving me that error
