   I see it automatically uses the album cover for the folder.But where does cddb store the image? Ive done numerous searches, please help me out if you can!

   I don't know where these images are stored, but there's a "brute force" method to find out:
   
   Use TotalUninstall to monitor the changes during CDex is running and storing new image(s). You'll get a explorer-like tree with all files & directories changed. Somewhere among them you'll hopefully find the image(s).
