when trying to reboot my computer, i get this error...not sure if thats exactly it but something along those lines. i have my restore disks also, thats what i dont understand.
a cd/dvd disk cleaner is cs cd with brushes on it to clean the lazer lens as could be dirty & causing the error. also see if a disk is rotating in the drive or not
oh ok i thought it was a program that scans my harddrive or something. thats the thing i dont get. my cd and dvd drive work, thats why i dont see why the restore discs wont work. theyre not scratched or anything. ive been wanting to reboot for sometime but i always get that error it actually even starts up, and aks me if i want to restore hit y ...youll lose all unsaved info and all that. then when its about to start i get the error
