I canot burrn DVD's with Nero because "CDR4_XP" is conflicting with it and I do not know how to remove it. How can I do it? PS the "Cleanpack" does not work on it.

Neither of these help I still get the same message when I use the "Driver-CleanTool" from the "Cleanpack."
I guess you'll just have to do a search for the file to locate it and delete it manually. It should be in the WinXP drivers folder I think. C:\ > Windows > System32 > drivers Do you or did you have any Roxio software installed?
