Need a bit of advice... recently upgraded to a dvd burner. Havent backed up a psx game in a while but tried one at the w'end. Popped in the original and opened up cdrwin. Lowered the speeds and set to read. It created both the bin and cue files as normal. Popped in a cd-r and loaded up the cue file. The prog done its thing as normal but then rejected it. Im at work and cant remember off hand but from what I remember it wouldnt recognise the cue file. The file was okay on the hd as was the bin file. And I couldnt set the write speed any lower than 16x. Checked out the goldenhawk website today and I see that 3.9d is now in operation. Has anyone tried this version yet with a dvd burner ? Mine is a pioneer dvr 105. Bit worried that I cant lower my speed for burning and that I cant burn back with the bin & cue file. Any help would be great... and another thing. Nero is no good for me as I cant use that to convert my bin files from ntsc to pal using pal4u etc. cdrwin only for psx games for me... nero for audio ... Cheers Greengo...
Most likely CDRWin doesn't support your Pioneer DVR 105. Try using Alcohol 120% for backing up PSX games. Shoey
