CD's or AAC into MP3

    I bought my son a cheap mp3 player (tired of him using my ipod) and it only accepts "MP3 Format Sound". How do I convert CD's or AAC Format into this MP3 file type?

    there have many audio converts on the world,so you only need search '
    mp3 converter' by google,also if you can use my software Advanced MP3 Conveter it support cd and aac to mp3,but it's shareware.
