hi i have just bought the cect 599 phone and carnt seem to get the settings for my mms and wap for the o2 network can anyone help plzzzzzzzzzzz
First of all you need to goto Data account and select gprs and set up 2 new accounts. 1st account should be as follows: Name: 02 MMS APN: payandgo.02.co.uk User Name: payandgo Password: password Auth Type: Normal 2nd account should be as follows: Name: 02 GPRS WAP APN: payandgo.02.co.uk User Name: payandgo Password: password Auth Type: Normal Then goto Wap Browser and add your new network settings WAP SETTINGS profile name: 02 wap gprs home page: wap.o2.co.uk gateway: 193.113.200.195 port: 8080 Account: Select the new O2 GPRS WAP account you've just set up Then goto messages, select mms then settings, then network settings add a new account with the following settings. MMS SETTINGS Profile Name: O2 MMS MMSC: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002 Gateway: 193.113.200.195 Port: 9201 Account: Select the other new data account you've just set up named O2 MMS Hopefully this will be of hel;p to you, if you have any probs email me mark.devenney@hotmail.co.uk p.s you dont happen to know where i can get an english manual for cect 599??
