Thanks...It helped. I'm still having trouble making and receiving calls and texts. Some go thru and some don't. Can you help me again?
i know with my phone which is thru tmobile...i have a blackberry pearl now but i ordered the cect s688...it would do that sometimes too and i would just turn my phone off and take the battery and sim card out for a few seconds then put everything back in and it would work fine..just make sure u have a text plan thru cingular..try that maybe that will help out but im not sure i should have my cect phone sometime this week so ill keep u posted to any new issues i come across and resolve...so do u at least get some pictures, text and or internet access with what i gave u?
Yes I get some texts and picture messages. The internet is extremely slow. But as I mentioned earlier sometimes the calls and texts go thru and sometimes they don't. I have to admit I am a bit disappointed with the phone. I had a blackjack and I must say its a much better phone. Hope all goes well with yours
ok well hopefully it will work better on my network..i know with my blackberry i have that issue too, i like the phone tho and i read alot of reviews on it and they seemed pretty good, so hopefully my luck is better...maybe if you call your carrier and add like an unlimited text and internet it may help or the area you live in my not have that good of coverage for your phone
