Not much talk about ceel phones here I realize, but figured since this is the "all other topics" section of the forum, someone might still be willing to assist me with this quesiton. If I were to buy the Samsung Propel Pro would I have to sign up for one of those ridiculously expensive data plans like what you have to get for the Iphone?
