    I have a list of places by state that will unlock your cell phone I purchased it from e-bay for 25.00 bucks I used it and they unlocked my v551 in about 10 minutes I think most place charge around 20 bucks at walk in. If anyone is interested get back with me just tell me what city you live in and I will post the location..No charge.
