Certain channels - a narrator is talking

    Installed my Eurovox and noticed during soaps and some films a narrator is talking between some scenes. Channels affected seem to be Channel 5, ITV2, Film Four etc. Had a quick mess about with the settings but I can't see anything obvious. Anyone aware of this minor problem and know how to get rid of the narrator

    Red button and select alternate audio stream.

    Only shows 1 option "English"

    Use the arrow buttons on remote to select eng. It will only work on channels with two audio streams.
