Certain channels aren't working

    Hi, just wondering can anyone help...certain channels like Channel 4, some of the Discovery channels etc aren't working on my Starview Box. Any idea what the problem is?

    Try deleting them first and then rescan, if that doesnt work do a factory reset and rescan.
