CFG USB wii Sports Resort

Looking at the CFG Game compatibility guide seems that people got wii Sports Resort working with USB loader GX, anyone know what settings to get it working with CFG USB Loader?

Start CFG USB Loader and go to Wii Sports Resort.

Press 1 to go to options. Change the Alt.Dol setting to disc then save the settings.

Now run the game.

At the bottom it ask what Alt.Dol to use change it to player.dol and press A.

Watch the full Wii Motion Plus video (the sound may make weird nosies just ignore it if it does). make sure you watch the full video. It should return to the Wii System menu when it is done.

After you watch the Wii Motion Plus video and it returns to the Wii System Menu start CFG USB Loader and go to Wii Sports Resort again.

Press 1 to go to options. Change the Alt.Dol setting to off then save the settings.

From now on the game should boot for you.

I tried to do it myself reading some other stuff, installing Homebrew Browser then Gecko OS but I think you still need the original disc for that way and didn't work for me.

Is there an updated CFG USB loader game list of all the tricks to get games working? Just incase I run across another Game that doesn't want to play off USB I can check the list for the right settings to load it.

Yes, you need a motion plus. No, it won't work without it.

Just a small question. I did all steps of the softmodding guide from 4.2E.
I have priloader, I did everything as pr Larry guide.
I use only CFG USB Loader, nothing else because I have new Wii with new type of DVD.
I have NO NeoGamma R7, that's the ONLY step I skip because my new WII would not play discs backups.
My question, if I buy the Motion Plus and follow Larry guide, will the game play?
What I exactly mean is related to thissentence: "At the bottom it ask what Alt.Dol to use change it to player.dol and press A"
Do I have already the PLAYER.DOL somewhere? Or?

How hard is it to follow a simple guide on getting the game to work?

I can't simplify it any more clear then what it is. Change Alt_Dol to disc in settings. When you launcj the game it will ask what alt_dol to use. Chnage it to player.dol. Watch the full video. Then change Alt_Dol to off.

 

Hello, you have the same setup as I do. The .dol must be in the game image file so don't worry about geting player.dol or anything else, just do what Larry said and it just works.
